gavel 1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NACTRO3D, accessible via nactro3d.com.lk .

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NACTRO3D website, web application, custom 3D model quotation service, and purchase of 3D-printed products and engineering models.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a custom request, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or place an order through NACTRO3D.

person 2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place orders, or use NACTRO3D purchasing services.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and other information required for an order.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and account access secure.
Unauthorized Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact NACTRO3D promptly.

view_in_ar 3. Product Information & 3D-Printing Variations

NACTRO3D produces physical 3D-printed scale collectibles, engineering models, and custom manufactured items.

Layer Lines & Surface Finish Additive manufacturing processes such as FDM filament and SLA resin printing may naturally produce visible layer lines, support marks, minor surface imperfections, or hand-finishing textures. These characteristics may be normal results of the manufacturing process and do not automatically constitute a product defect.

Colour & Digital Render Differences Product images and digital renders displayed on screens may differ slightly from the final physical product due to display settings, lighting, material characteristics, filament/resin batches, and finishing processes.

Dimensional & Manufacturing Tolerances 3D-printed and hand-assembled products may have reasonable manufacturing and assembly tolerances. Small variations in dimensions, fit, surface finish, and assembly may occur.

Display & Material Care Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are intended primarily for indoor display and collection. Avoid excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, and significant mechanical impact.

payments 4. Pricing, Currency & Pricing Errors

Currency: Prices displayed on NACTRO3D are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.) unless otherwise stated.
Price Changes: Product prices, customization charges, shipping fees, and other charges may change from time to time.
Pricing Errors: If a product is displayed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, or system error, NACTRO3D may correct the price or cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled solely because of an incorrect price, the applicable amount paid for that order will be refunded.

inventory_2 5. Stock Availability & Inventory

Product availability may be tracked by product and scale variant. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory.

Inventory availability may be checked again when an order is submitted. If the requested item becomes unavailable before the order can be successfully processed, NACTRO3D may be unable to fulfil that order.

Products identified as Pre-Order may be ordered before physical manufacturing or final stock availability.

Estimated Timelines: Any production or dispatch date shown for a pre-order is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Payment: Where required by the checkout process, pre-orders must be paid for before the production slot is confirmed.
Production Delays: Manufacturing, material availability, equipment issues, courier delays, or other circumstances may affect the estimated timeline.
Unable to Fulfil: If NACTRO3D is unable to fulfil a paid pre-order, the applicable amount paid for that unfulfilled order will be refunded.

precision_manufacturing 7. Custom 3D Orders & Quotations

NACTRO3D provides custom 3D-printing and model-commission services. Custom orders are manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.

Quotation & Approval

Custom requests may be reviewed and quoted before production. Production will normally proceed only after the customer approves the quotation and completes the required payment process.

File & Manufacturing Adjustments

To make a submitted design suitable for manufacturing, NACTRO3D may need to repair, scale, modify, slice, hollow, orient, add drainage holes, or add temporary support structures to customer-provided files.

Customer Approval

Where a customer approval is requested for a quotation, dimensions, design, or other specification, the customer is responsible for reviewing the supplied information before approving production.

Custom Order Cancellation

Because custom products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, cancellation and refund eligibility may differ from standard products. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for the applicable rules.

copyright 8. Intellectual Property & User Submissions

A. Customer Content Rights & Non-Infringement When submitting photographs, CAD files, 3D models, artwork, or other content for custom production, you represent that you own the necessary rights or have appropriate permission to use and reproduce that content.

B. Prohibited Customer Content You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person's intellectual property rights, contains malicious software, or otherwise violates applicable law or these Terms.

C. Limited Manufacturing Licence You retain ownership of your customer-provided designs. By submitting content to NACTRO3D, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, reproduce, modify, process, slice, and manufacture that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

D. NACTRO3D Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, NACTRO3D owns or has the necessary rights to its website code, software, branding, logos, original product designs, product photography, renders, graphics, written content, and other proprietary materials. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

credit_card 9. Order Processing & Payment Methods

Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order becomes accepted by NACTRO3D when the applicable payment has been successfully verified and an order confirmation is issued, unless otherwise stated.

1. Credit / Debit Card — PayHere Payments are processed through the PayHere payment gateway. If payment is unsuccessful or cancelled, the order may remain pending or may be cancelled according to the applicable checkout process.

2. Bank Transfer Where bank transfer is offered, customers must follow the payment instructions provided by NACTRO3D and include the relevant order reference so that payment can be identified and verified. Orders requiring bank-transfer confirmation will be processed after payment has been successfully verified.

3. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions If a payment appears to have been duplicated, incorrectly charged, or otherwise affected by a technical issue, customers should contact NACTRO3D support with the relevant order and transaction information so that the matter can be investigated.

local_shipping 10. Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup

Delivery Fees: Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before order completion.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided by NACTRO3D or a courier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, regional conditions, courier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failure to respond to courier communications, refusal to accept the package, or another customer-related reason, additional re-delivery or shipping costs may apply.
Store Pickup: Where store pickup is offered, the applicable pickup instructions and availability will be provided during checkout or order communication.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and defective-product claims are governed by the NACTRO3D Return & Refund Policy .

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Standard-product return eligibility may differ from custom or bespoke products.
Damaged or defective products should be reported within the period specified in the Return & Refund Policy together with any requested evidence.
Custom-made products, digital files, or other specifically identified non-returnable products may be subject to different rules.

block 12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use NACTRO3D or its services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Upload files containing malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful content.
Submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, patent, design right, or other intellectual property.
Submit unlawful content or designs prohibited under applicable law.
Attempt unauthorized access to databases, accounts, administrative systems, APIs, or other infrastructure.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the website or its services.
Engage in fraudulent payments, chargebacks, payment manipulation, or other dishonest transaction activity.

no_accounts 13. Account Suspension & Termination

NACTRO3D may suspend or terminate access to an account, restrict services, or refuse order fulfilment where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, repeated payment defaults, abusive conduct, unauthorized access attempts, material breach of these Terms, or other activity that may harm NACTRO3D, customers, or our systems.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, NACTRO3D may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. This does not limit our ability to take immediate action where necessary to protect our systems, customers, or legal rights.

shield 14. Reasonable Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Sri Lanka, NACTRO3D's liability arising directly from a specific product purchase or order will be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NACTRO3D will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances such as third-party courier delays, external network outages, service interruptions, or improper handling or storage of products after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, consumer right, warranty, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Sri Lankan law.

tsunami 15. Force Majeure

NACTRO3D will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, major power or infrastructure failures, courier disruptions, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, widespread network failures, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled by NACTRO3D.

Personal information submitted through NACTRO3D is handled according to our Privacy Policy .

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, how information is used and protected, relevant third-party services, data retention, and applicable privacy rights.

account_balance 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any contract formed for the purchase of products or services through NACTRO3D shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or an NACTRO3D transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

update 18. Changes & Contact Information

NACTRO3D may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website or other available communication channels.
