📋 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from NACTRO3D (nactro3d.com.lk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our online store.

2. 3D Printed Collectibles & Product Specifications

Precision Manufacturing: All products are high-precision SLA/FDM 3D-printed collectibles engineered using industrial-grade materials and hand-finished coatings.
Visual Variations: Due to individual hand-painting, airbrushing, and joint assembly, minor texture variations may occur, rendering each physical piece unique.
Scale Accuracy: Dimensions, scale ratios (e.g. 1/6, 1/12), and weight specs listed on product detail pages are accurate within standard manufacturing tolerances (+/- 1.5mm).

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

💳 Payment Methods We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible Sri Lankan locations.

🏷️ Price Currency All pricing is listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR / Rs.) inclusive of baseline manufacturing taxes.

NACTRO3D reserves the right to modify prices or cancel orders in the event of genuine typographical errors or technical glitches affecting checkout pricing.

4. Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy

Standard Delivery: Standard delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes 3-5 business days from dispatch confirmation.
Pre-Order Deliveries: Pre-ordered figures are custom-printed upon batch allocation. Estimated shipping windows are stated on the item page.
Returns & Replacement: If a collectible arrives damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of package delivery with unboxing photos/videos for a free replacement or repair.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All 3D digital model assets, site designs, product photos, graphics, logos, and software code on NACTRO3D are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Redistribution or commercial extraction of 3D mesh files without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.
